Celeste is a Carleton County native growing up in the town of Hartland. Being the youngest of eleven siblings gave her a sense of individuality in a larger group setting, as well as the confidence to work well independently and as a team member.  Her mother was an energetic community member volunteering her time and efforts to raise funds for those in need.  With this natural background in community involvement, Celeste finds it second nature to be interested in helping people.
 For the past 12 years Celeste has successfully run her own small business in events planning and executive house management.  Working in the hospitality industry has allowed Celeste to enjoy a large and dynamic group of individuals both on a business and personal level. 
People have always been an important element to every part of Celeste’s work.  A social person who enjoys meeting new people, she has made her career choices around being able to make others comfortable in a variety of settings.
Celeste is now the Host Volunteer Coordinator with the Multicultural Association of Carleton County (MACC) and looks forward to the new people and experiences she will come to know.
In her spare time Celeste enjoys socializing with friends, travel and family activities with her husband and daughter.
