Wednesday, October 9: 💻 Customer Service Workshop from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. via Zoom. Improve your skills and strategies for delivering exceptional customer service by analyzing the characteristics of customer service, defining what good customer service entails, building better relationships with customers, learning strategies to handle difficult customers, and establishing a rapport with them.

Thursday, October 10: 🌽 MACC Family Harvest Dinner 🥧from 6 to 8 pm at Knights of Columbus (143 Charles St, NB E7M 1H7)
Come together with your MACC family to celebrate the Harvest Season. Enjoy a variety of cultural dishes.
